Here is the final for the Adequate Revelation Project.  Never was completely happy with it but one has to stop sometime.












Started another Zbrush sculpt.  Only the first pass.  Still have a LONG way to go.  Especially on hair and tertiary details.

Sci Fi book cover "Atomic Leviathan"

Here a fictional sci fi book cover I made recently.  Eye still needs some work but it was for a contest, so I had to turn it in regardless of how much more work I wanted to do on it.  

There be dragons.

Working on some freelance work involving animating dragons.  Went back to the dragon cane head and neck and reworked the modeling.  Currently struggling with rigging and animation but the detail on the model isn't too bad.  /

A little unsure of horn number and arrangement so that is why the front horns lack the detail the back horns have.

Extra Bonus is a quick album cover for a fictional band.  Both of these images were made with Zbrush + Keyshot.

Flying Monkey and Oz

Been working on the monkey in the monowheel for quite some time.  Here is a render showing off Keyshot materials but still with a long way to go with surface development.



















Here is Oz (the great and powerful).  Still have a long way to go this as well but the modeling is close to being done.

Pew Pew

Finally learned to use the laser cutters at my local school and hackerspace.
Excited to cut / burn / engrave more stuff.  The plan is to emulate a fellow hackerspace member and make some beer coasters.

Segmented Elizabeth

Still using the scan data of Elizabeth for demos.  I liked how this one turned out a lot though, for as simple as it is.

The Monkey and The Monowheel

Back on the monkey and the monowheel.  Determined to finally finish the image but for right now I am playing with some of the new NPR features in Zbrush 2019.  Basically more stylized rendering but easier now than ever thanks to a lot of new filters / render settings in the lightbox.

One more experiment.  This time with some raw scan data.  

Flyers for Gallery 5

Here are a couple of flyers I worked on recently.  If anyone is in Richmond VA, come out to Gallery 5's 14th anniversary show on April 5th!

Moar Cats

Still a WIP but here are more renders.  Worried I am not going to get the same quality out of Arnold in Maya as I have been getting out of Keyshot.  These are Keyshot renders but I need to animate in Maya and frankly I am still very new to Arnold so trying to recreate the same look is challenging.
